荣德公司成立于2002年，自成立之日起，就致力于自动化生产线的研发、生产、销售及服务，从2003年开始，生产经营自动喷涂设备如五轴自动喷漆机、SPINDLE喷涂线等，到2008年，在政府倡导“自主创新、产业升级”的政策支持下，荣德在行业内第一家成功研发了喷涂机器人，并将喷涂机器人实现产业化。2003年通过了ISO9001国际质量管理体系认证，近二十年标准化、科学化、规范化、系统化的管理使得荣德公司深受客户信赖。

产品介绍

主要应用于高性能烧结钕铁硼稀土永磁材料的表面渗透作业，产品涂层均匀性好，增重0.5%至1%。
1) 涂料利用率高：采用多层过滤，过滤精度高，涂料综合回收率可达98%。
2) 品质稳定：喷枪的雾化，喷幅及油量可通过PLC远程控制，精准喷涂，产品均匀性好。
3) 易保养：油路采用防沉淀技术，减少涂料堵塞的风险。
4) 安全防爆：喷房伺服马达采用正压充气防爆措施。
