本系统通过引进国际测试技术，研制专用传感器，根据传统理论利用数字信号处理方法自动进行分析判断导条的质量，应用于各类铸铝、铸铜转子，如：压缩机电机铸铝转子、洗衣机电机铸铝转子、风扇电机铸铝转子、水泵电机铸铝转子、汽车电机及 三相异步电机转子等。主要检测功能：断条、导条槽满度（细条 、气孔、气泡、气隙）、鼠笼和铁芯片间的渗漏、鼠笼的偏心、转子条斜槽的偏移、端环（选配项）。
