    科华控股股份有限公司，前身为溧阳市科华机械制造有限公司，成立于2002年, 注册资本1亿元，分别坐落于江苏中关村科技产业园和余桥工业集中区。

 

    公司专业生产汽车涡轮增压器零部件和液压泵阀、工程机械配件，是国家高新技术企业，先后被认定为“江苏省(科华)涡轮增压器部件工程技术研究中心”、“江苏省企业技术中心”和“江苏省重点企业研发机构”，关键客户有位于行业前列的国际知名企业如霍尼韦尔、博格华纳、上海菱重、石川岛等，已成为汽车涡轮增压器零部件国际市场上具有竞争力的供应商之一，产品大量出口北美、南美、欧洲、日本、韩国等地区。

    公司针对生产过程的质量控制、成本控制、设备技术改造而开发的专利成果丰硕，累计获得国家专利授权67项,其中发明专利授权26项，被认定国家火炬计划产业化示范项目1项。

    公司拥有国内一流的FCMX智能化铸造生产流水线、耐热钢铸件负压生产流水线和高端数控车床与加工中心组成的加工流水线以及国际先进水平的检测、试验设备。为进一步拓展高端产品市场，中关村新厂区正在引进DISA、PV、STAMA等具备国内领先水平的智能化生产装备。公司先后通过了ISO9001、TS16949质量管理体系认证、环境管理体系认证、职业安全健康管理体系认证，具有完备、可靠的体系保证。

    Kehua Holdings Co., Ltd, formerly known as Liyang Kehua Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd, was founded in 2002. It is located in the Jiangsu Zhongguancun Science and Technology Industrial Park and Yuqiao Industrial Clusters. Attributed to the customer centric strategy and proactive adoption of high-tech solutions, our company has successfully managed to maintain a more than decade-long fast and sustainable growth.

    As a certified national High and New Technology Enterprise (HNTE), our company specializes in the design and manufacture of automobile turbocharger components, hydraulic pumps/valves and machinery fittings. It has been identified as Jiangsu Province Turbocharger Parts Engineering Technology Research Center, Jiangsu Province Enterprise Technology Center and Jiangsu Province Key Enterprise Research and Development Institutions. Among our major clients are Global 500 companies such as Honeywell, Borgwarner, Shanghai MIH Turbocharger and IHI Turbocharger etc. Over the years, Kehua’s products have gained huge popularity in the international market with especially good reputation in regions of North America, South America, Europe, Japan, South Korea and many other countries.

    Thanks to a rigorous quality control process, effective cost reduction mechanism and constant manufacturing equipment technology innovation that are widely practiced within our company, we have been granted 67 national patents which include 26 Inventions Patents. One of the patents has also been selected as the demonstration project of the National Torch Program, an entrepreneurial program aimed at promoting high-tech industrialization led by the Ministry of Science and Technology.

    Our company owns the state intelligent FCMX casting production line in China. To expand the market of high-end product, we have also introduced DISA, PV, STAMA and other intelligent production equipment to our Zhongguancun plant, which has helped it become the industry leader in China. Kehua is certified for quality management system standards ISO9001 and TS16949, environmental management system standard ISO14001 and occupational safety and health management system standard OHSAS18000.
